Surgery Scheduling:
Please call Anisse Rodriguez at to schedule your surgery with Dr. Li or if you have any questions about the time or date of your surgery. Anisse will be able to answer all of your questions regarding your surgery.
Radiographs, CTs, and MRIs:
Please bring with you the most recent radiographs, CT, and MRI of the affected body part. Any films taken within the last six months is considered recent. If you had a previous surgery by another surgeon, please bring with you the operative report along with the progress notes and also the intra-operative arthroscopic pictures with you to the appointment. Having all of the documents and imaging is essential for our office to provide you with comprehensive care. If you do not have any recent radiographs, then you will need to have them taken before the appointment. This can be done at both of our facilities, Ryan Center for Sports Medicine and the Shapiro Ambulatory Center. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to have the radiographs taken.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire.
When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:
- Driver’s License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Referral Letter (if required)
- Reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
- List of medications (if any)
If you need to cancel an appointment
Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
